I Bought this phone 9 days back, to be honest I thought the interface was nice and good features. The phone switches off on its own and is impossible to switch on w/o removing the battery. The customer care treats customers like absolute illiterate. I was shocked to listen to the following replies. Phone is switching off because you downloaded apps. (Am I not supposed to?). SD card, it must be a Virus.Then don't give a slot, by the way I didnt put any SD card).
No replacement phone while the phone is on maintenance. The service people put the sim in and put it in their pocket (we are testing sir!) if the phone is not tested then don't launch it. I've been running around Samsung service center for last few days. for a brand new phone its a bit disappointing. In contrast, I've had an Iphone and an Ipad, never ever had a hardware issue with any one of them, not even for one micro second. Apple customer care is extremely responsive and treats you like a mature adult.
In my advice, please don't go for Samsung phones. Poor service, poor phone.
