I feel this review is:
Any phone can be heated up by using heavy multitasking or playing heavy game. Anyway you have not mention why your device heat up or how many Hours it heat up after using. I bought my On7 Pro last October and never have any heating with normal usage. I select it because of the old trusted Sanpdragon 410 which I also used in my Lumia 540. I think it is one of the best processor for normal usage. It do not heats up and drains battery fast. Anyway I will suggest you should reset your device to see the difference or visit a near by centre. As for invoice I got my invoice from Amazon and I can print out a copy anytime from my profile there.
