User Friendly : I am using this smartphone. I bought it from a reailer. This smartphone UI is not ures friendly. Other Features : I have faced problems like, that it was shown that the phone have 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of ROM but at the time when I started the phone for the first time I got hanging problem. the phone is not durable too much as of the back cover. their is a problem with the sim and chip inserting place. one of the sim detector is not working. and when I called to the customer care, I did not got any positive response from them. the only things which are a bit good here are the quality of sound, look and feel followed by the attractive display.the cost is also high and I don't thing rs 6490 is suitable for this bad or mediocre phone. Its battery life is also not very good
