I did in both note 3 and edge. theres a bit of wee lag in playstore on note edge and note 3. but like I said it dosnt bother me personally. but I googled it and its happening in all phones. some say its google themselves. have you cleared cache on playstore? its happening on note 5 also so it could be playstore itself? who knows. I havent answer for it. but it doesnt bother me. maybe if your on playstore alot I suppose it could be frustrating for you and many other users.
