I'm tempted to say it is the best Note series device they have ever made in terms of balance of features.
It might even be in top 3 Android based handsets they have ever made. Galaxy Note 3 has a very super display and batery backup also too good.
Camera also super and touch sensability is mind blowing. I seriously love this device.
Who want to buy a good and decent phablet then go for the samsung galaxy note 2 device .
It has a full hd display supports which plays full hdhd movies and play super graphics games without hanging.
Camera also superb.
