Was on sam live chat. Told them all the problems and I asked them I need update to fix the problems since they pushed 5.0 all these problems starting happening to note 3 I asked them will note 3 get 6.0 they sid just to keep checking for updates. But they wont give me anymore information.
Nearly two hrs on sam live chat. There was big queue. So some other ppl must be complaining. They also said they cany say when a phone is due an update until month before its released. They told me that last time. Sounds to me they are keeping things hush r1.
