Have you tried hard reset? Soft reset? 5.0 is running okay on my n9005 model. Just backp your stuff and reset it. It will get rid of any old junk files and rubish in your phone that could cause problems. Just try it. Dont give up until you have tried it. Anonymousi was on sam live chat months ago asking them how meo got 5.1.1 and accrdding to Samsung, they told me because its newer than note 3. But note 3 has better specs. Note 3 is capable of running 5.1.1 or 6.0
So why doesnt note 3 even have 5.1.1 as it its great on note edge Anonymous. The screen uses more power than anything. Kill running apps in background. Put it on power saving mode which will help your battery to last longer. Do you play many games on your note 3? If on phone 24/7 yes battery will drain on any phone. Hope this helps.
