Its a pretty good handset , I purchased this handset on 04/09/2015 after 6 months of use I noticed a flickering problem on the screen during extreme low brightness mode.But I neglected this issue by using the handset in medium brightness modes.After a long time I just reported this to my nearby samsung care and they took the phone for checking after that they found the problem is with its processor unfortunately the company not yet released its spare processors for servicing.
And the service centre technichians report the issue in company and the company informed me to submit the invoice, bank details and phone with full accessories. And I did it .They informed me that I m eligible for full amount refund or otherwise will get a new handset.After 10days I got a call from samsung service centre ie; a brand new j7 is arrived at service center for me.Next month my old j7 warrenty expires , on the same time I got a new handset of the same.And im going to extend my warrenty of the new phone on next month becoz replaced phones are being in the warrenty of the previous phone.
