Hi friends.I purchased this phone only 4 months back.I feel its just an average phone and I share my details as follows:-
1)The sound quality is nice but not excellent as I seen in Lenovo phones which cost 8000 around, Samsung doesn't have that sound like Lenovo even no where near its.
2)Its not user friendly as 5.5 is slightly bigger for one hand use, because of larger battery its even more difficult to adjust.I have used Honor 6x but its slightly user friendly to use with one hand because its little slimmer compare to j7 pro.
3)The style and design as usual by samsung as they have in all their other phones, I feel nothing new in seeing a phone of rs 12, 000 and phone of rs 20, 000, its same look and metal body designs.
4)Features are decent as it has slash proof, flash on both end, sd card supports, and supports samsung pay(mobile payment).They could have done better with the camera atleast I feel with dual camera or flash at the back.Pictures are decent not great.
5)On my personal opinion I feel samsung could had done something with new look like flat edges in sony phones.It feel bulky cause of its heavy battery and it weigh little heavy compare to few other 5.5 inch phones like honor 6x
6)Friends I will always say its not worth 20 k as you save money and buy other phones like xiaomi note 4 for honor 6x phones around 12k to 13k.Its never worth a money
