It is made on the same architecture of J7.
Earlier we saw j7 then it's 20176 version, then it's prime version and finally we have J7 Max, The max word is added because of two main reasons. One is Inbuilt memory is now 32 gb and the front camera is also 13mp. I purchased this mobile for my sis from Flipkat in July at a price of 17k approx. Because I already faced problem of inbuilt memory in ON8. 16GB Inbuilt is not sufficient so in J7 MAX they had given 32 gb. The phone has aslo got bigger ram than it's predecessors now it's 4GB, The processor is 8 core Helio p20 that is able to run many apps and heavy games. It never lags and runs smoothly. The mobile has 2 slots for sim that are 4G. and one dedciated memory card slot also which can be used to expand memory. It has both 13MP camera front and back which takes sharp pictures. The back camera has an f/1.7 lens to capture more light in night. The front one has f/1.9 which is also a great performer. all these 13MP cameras can be seen in ON8 or J7 series. Both front and back cameras have LED notification light. As always samsung mobiles have very bad sound quality of loudspeaker You cannot enjoy loud music out of that. This one comes with the latest android nougut 7.0 with latest security patch. That has 2 UI both are simple and easy to use. This mobile also lacks the light sensor . The display is FHD 5.7 Inch which has great colours. The overall built quality is nice but not tough. There is a ring around camera for notification. Thats Led ligt. Battery is 3300mah which runs almost full day for moderate to heavy usage. Overall you can aslo go for Nokia new phones or Moto g5+ aslo.
One thing I forgot to mention is now the camera is not having the bump it is not flat.
