After 11month using j7, suddenly m facing display problem.
Than I had submitted my mobile to mira road Mumbai service center.then I realized that all j7 user facing display problem and also Samsung giving a refund.
In my cases, samsung service centre told me to submit cancal check and all document.This is a late response and you may have an answer by now. If not, here is my experience: my J7 had the same problem and after checking with my local T-Mobile store to make sure I didn't have something running that was draining the battery( which I didn't) , I pulled the battery out and reinserted it and my battery usage became normal and has continued to work for over 2 months now.
