I have bought Galaxy J320F on 3rd August 2016. Firstly it is a good looking model. Here I will not share what specification it has as you all can get specification of any mobile phone on GSMARENA( https://gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_j3_(2016)-7760.php). Okay so let me share my whole experience with it.
1) GLASS PROTECTION: After checking the link of gsmarena, I bought this phone as I thought the features are cool. That website clearly says that Galaxy J3 has a protection of "ASAHI DRAGONTAIL GLASS" which is a competitor of CORNING GORILLA GLASS. But on the box of the phone, nowhere is mentioned whether it really has a DRAGONTAIL glass or not. I asked a SAMSUNG SERVICE POINT employee but he was not sure whether it is true. So be careful.
2) The adapter has a output of 5V-1.0A that means it is a fast charging one. Anyhow the adapter came with my box was faulty. It had some short of output problem that is, supply of voltage higher than 5V. That is definitely not good for battery. I got to know this when I went to SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER the very next day to replace the adapter because of auto touch problem whenever the phone is connected to the it. They tested it and replaced the charger after almost 3 hours and kept me waiting all the time. The funny thing was that the engineer was unable to understand why the adapter had that problem and then the boss(I don't know what his position is in SAMSUNG) said it is the problem of over voltage supply. When I got the new adapter it was working fine.
3) THE WORST EVER: The speaker output is so low that you cannot enjoy songs and videos and it is damn true. I think the whole J-series of Samsung has the problem. On the contrary if you check out the speaker output of SAMSUNG GALAXY CORE 2, you will throw out GALAXY J3(just as a matter of speaker volume). I told this at the service center and what they did is "Opened the keypad and dialed#0# that opens up the TEST MODE(where you can test the hardware parts) and tested the speaker and said nothing can be done". By saying this they have accepted that the speaker output is not good.
4) SIGNAL CAPACITY IS NOT GOOD. I stay at a wide coverage area where signal hardly drops but my J3 is sometimes out of coverage or on low signal strength. To check this out I took the sim card and entered it into other phones(obviously Samsung phones too) and got to know that it is the problem of low signal strength capacity. To check this, go to About Phone option-Status-SIM card status and you will the signal strength in dBm and asu unit. Use asu unit to compare your signal strength. Check out attached photo.
5) TRUST ME, THIS TIME SAMSUNG BROKE ME WITH THEIR CAMERA QUALITY. Both the front(5MP) & rear(8MP) cameras are not so good(Those who think that camera quality relies only on Megapixels, this is heartbreaking thing I am going to tell that it never does. Megapixel defines the size of the photo and nothing else). Camera quality relies on clarity. I tried J3 camera in three ways, first in sunlight, second in room with fluorescent lamp, third in the dark room. Trust me, I have no good results and that means you are also not going to get any. Just click a photo of a page of any book and result will be in front of your eyes and you will hate it
6) It runs on Mali-400 GPU. I don't know about the graphics memory of the phone but I can say that it won't let you play any games that needs a little graphics. You will find too much lag.
7) After buying, the battery capacity was awesome but after a month it started to give less battery backup. It has a 2600mAh battery that is now not giving a backup of even 2000mAh.
8) It has a WI-FI HOTSPOT problem. Its hotspot stops working frequently without any error. Turn the hotspot off then again turn it on will solve the problem.
