Samsung spends a lot on advertisement and so as it did for the launch of Galaxy J2 as well, but I just regret that had it been invested more on the performance of the product, the product quality would had been much much better.I purchased this phone online for some 13k, and the phone worked well for the first 2 months, when the blunder started. Let me review it as per the standard parameter to get a more clear view point:
a)Sound Reception: Its just average, the stereo is not loud enough, however the microphone at times becomes insensitive and does not propagate the voice clearly to the listener.
b)User friendly: The apps installed in the phone started crashing after using it for 2 months except those that were pre installed in the cell. It is very irritating to have a cell where every time an app shuts down unexpectedly.
c)Style & Design: the only attractive feature I would say is its design, it has a premium look from outside, but then an average performance offset it every time.
d)Other features: There is a problem with the sim slot in the phone, the memory card at ties stuck inside the phone, making it very difficult to get it out, and addition pin is required to get it ejected, this was unexpected from Samsung.
e)Value for Money: Not quite much, there are any good mart phone that are available in the market at the same price, however I just did a blunder purchasing it, I have already been to service center 2 times.
