I bought this handset in the month of december 2017 for my personal use for 9, 200/- from the local samsung showroom.
I used it for 3 months continuesly without any problem but suddenly problems start arriving from the 4 month itself.
1) First it started to hanging while I am on a call or when I switch on the wifi but gradually it started hanging regularly even when it is on charging mode.
2) Secondly the battery backup is decreasing day by day from the fourth month itself. As the battery is non removal I didn't know what actually happens to it.
3) The speaker of the handset stops working which led to stop all my calling operations further.
I contacted the customer care and they informed me to visit to the service center and I visited on the very next day but they told me that my handset has serveral issues for which I need to pay to them as those were not free/not in warranty.
I agreed to their terms because I need my handset urgently. They returned my handset after 2 days and charged me about 1, 200/- for the repair.
At first the handset is working ok but after few days of usage it started to hang again and also it created a new issue that was my handset's battery now wasn't charging. I decided not to use the handset again as it's totally waste and non usable.
As per my own opinion about this handset I will not recommened this handset to anyone as its totally waste of all your money. Go buy some other good brands instead.
I think my own experience will help a lot of people to decide weather to buy this handset or not.
