Hello friends, This phone is a first launch of the samsung grand series. Samsung came up showing some exciting features of the Samsung galaxy Grand. It looks is very good but it didn’t work properly because I had experienced it myself by using this samsung phone. The software use to stuck badly while using the phone. Many times the phone got heated up when you play games. When It happens, the battery becomes low. The battery capacity is very poor. After using it for few months, the battery use to drain drastically even if we do not use much applications in it. The speaker panel gets heated up if we talking on the phone for more than 15 mins. Many times we have to open the back cover to cool down the temperature of the battery panel. If I talk about hanging problem, this phone has 1 GB RAM . when I install more than 6 app it automatically hanged. At last I want say that this phone is not good in 17000/-. This phone is good in looks but not in performance and price.
