Galaxy grand is a nice phone but not so good because as everyone knows that Samsung has 2 major issues from starting first is battery backup issue and second is hanging problem.
You can see 5000 to 50000 thousand budget phones of Samsung they all have this 2 major problems. I have told this problems to customer service centers too.
But they also have no solutions for this problem. So I must say please dont waste your time and money on these handsets. This company is just only spoiling there goodwill.
