This phone is pathetic. Samsung Galaxy Grand has got to be one of the worst phones I've ever encountered. Keeps hanging all the time. It also suddenly keeps switching off. Hate this phone, and would recommend others to not buy this trash!


Am trying to format the phone manually but it is not responding. I am using this phone from last 3 year.this is such a stupid phone.always an hanging while using.


My phone's battery already damage. .This is very worst for me.
