Hello everyone,
I have used this mobile for a year in which I have visited service center for more than a 10 times as the phone becomes very slow, hangs, and as well as the service center people give such a good support that you will obviously hate samsung. I had visited the service center after ten days of my mobile purchase and I received a response from them saying " Sorry sir the software is outdated so it has been getting hang but we will resolve this issue" and took a week to resolve after which the problem continued for over a month when I was tired of adjusting with the scrap, I revisited the service and had the worse experience as they did not have the accessories required to repair the phone.
Really very bad experience one should not face3 in his life.
Request you all to not buy samsung mobiles as I have noticed many people in the service centre with all the costly models sitiing and waiting for their turn get their problem resolved.
Preferrably not Samsung again.
