My brother have bought Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo after the day of buying it started getting hanged and we have reached to the shop from which we have bought .
But he ignored to take it back or to exchange it. He told us to go to our nearest service centre and we have reached there after 1 day he has given back the cell phone fron the service centre but then also the problem was not solved we have reached the service centre ande the shop many times but the problem was not solved and we are still facing the problem of getting hanged. So I will not suggest you to buy Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo.
