I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo, In July'15, from authorized dealer of Samsung in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi . Right from the beginning this mobile handset is giving me problems . If you keep 3G Service active continously, then after few minutes
this handset shall stop showing network connection, that is the mobile tower connection disappears after few minutes, So you have to keep checking after few minutes
whether your mobile is having connection or not, This happens only when 3G / 2G
service is kept on continously
This does not happen when you are on wifi, and neither does the mobile tower signal
disappear from my other handset having same Airtel connecton . So basically it is handset issue and nothing to do with airtel connection
I have twice shown to Samsung Customer care at South Extn, both times they have reprogrammed or reloaded the software, For a few days this works, then again same problem crops up
This mobile handset is a BIG LET DOWN, and waste of money
