I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Core 2 on 7th Sep 2014 & within a one month I was facing lots of problem with this mobile. Like camera issues, phone got switch off automatically etc.
And when I tried to tell Samsung people about my device problem, they have in their attitude with only repair, which is not acceptable by me.
When I asked for my money back, they are saying do whatever you can do, now we will not provide you any service, neither repair nor replacement or refund. This is not acceptable from Samsung.
They should terminate all their products, if they are providing this kind of product. I would request you all please do not buy any Samsung product. Its better to buy Apple phone.
