I have been using this phone for 1 year and a month. The phone was fine during the warranty period(1 yr) . Once the warranty period was over Phone started malfunctioning. Abrupt switch-off, temporary unresponsive periods, heating up.It showed wrong contact info when I was making calls and misplaced the calls many times. And then all of a sudden the Phone became unresponsive to TOUCH.the display was all right and the Phone was functioning but I couldn't DO anything.
When I took it to a Samsung service centre they said the whole LCD display should b reset and it would cost about 4, 000rupees while using the phone, a manage to download the apps back again on the phone and also try saving the contacts to the device and not on the simcard, disable the simcard contact from the phone and it will show the correct name when an incoming calls goes to the phone. also the battery can be reduced if the swift battery doctor/duo saver is installed on the phone, it minimes the battery consumption and helps phone works bette
