Samsung Core 2 is one the best and cheapest among the Galaxy(s). It comes with built in Android Kitkat 4.4.2 OS along with Quad core processor 1.2 GHz. The design of the phone is really impressive. The display is 4.5 inches, which is quite reasonable for this price range.
The camera is also good, having 5 MP and auto focusing facilities with LED flash. The phone hangs a bit, more often when the internal memory is almost consumed, otherwise the OS is quite sound. It has a nice battery life, having a 2000 mAh cell. The present price is 7k which makes it the best in this price range.
