The Samsung mobiles were given highest demand in the market and so does the service centers.
But we faced so bad experience that, from now on I will never ever buy the Samsung Products as the service centre people does not take any responsiblity and the service given is very much bad .
We gave the phone as it was not working from the day 2 . And they told there is a software problem but after a week we received the product after which it worked for 15 mins then again the same problem occured. And even after 12 months it is unresolved . And we are totally disappointed.
Thank you samsung for the very Worst experience ever.
And Thank god we never spent much money . Else we would have been the next victim for the samsung phones getting blasted .
