I have purchase samsung Double Door Refrigerator on march 16th from croma malad west .i got my refrigerator after 5 days of my booking. After a regular use of 1 week it suddenly stop working so I hed called the service boy but got to know that its inside part has been burnt totally so he asked me to complaint on its website, I did the same and got the rply of its service with in a week but its really disappointing 4month past no visit was done not even any rply of my mail.its so annoying such a company also cheat with costomers
