After washing machine very I will have to change this RT40 a 400 ltrs Fridge as No spares available and tray also broken....If you buying any Samsung Appliances beware! They do not have any direct support or a proper call center who can answer your Technical queries and neither any spares available as with the excitement of Mobile devices selling like a hot cake they are blinded by the present profit as every TD & Harry can have one and no need to have a support also as people change it once damaged or outdated.
All Service has been transferred to incompetent 3rd parties who reads internet to fix problem with your equipment also they don't have anymore technicians who can hold a screw driver properly and Reliance Rescue have taken over everything with a multi brand support as trying to be Jack of all Trades, but nothing gets done.
They have and used to have some good products but Death of Samsung is soon expected to similarly what had happened to Sony.
