This a sincere request to prospective fridge buyers not to buy Samsung. The product may not be bad but their service (this is in Bangalore)is so nightmarish that the smallest problem wil cost you in both money and time. You will, like me spend hours on the phone and then days waiting for someone to turn up. My fridge has had problems for 17 days now and after innumerable calls, an open complaint , a live chat session and a hundred explanations, the small problem escalated into a big one and there it stays.
Meanwhile I have had to throw away a lot of groceries and cannot even keep milk or curds int he fridge. It being the height of summer, I have no option but to go and buy another fridge - never Samsung. It will cost me 35k on top of what I have spent for parts replacement. The least these clowns could do is return my money for they cannot do anything to return my lost time.
