Its worst experience to buy the Samsung refrigerator.today I had launch complaint regarding my refrigerator .but nobody is taking responsibility who will complete this repair work.here is the complaint no.8451486763.so I think I had very worst experience to buy any samsung product. I am trying to chase to repair my refrigerator last2 days but service center is not taking seriously and I am really fed up for this samsung its my life to false decision to buy any samsung product. My frustration level is too much high.
I spoke at least 25 times to call center and service support .but they are not ready to repair my refrigerator .so sir please suggest me shall I throw this refrigerator to my house and buy new one or I will wait today tomorrow and after that bcos its very bad service support ever I have seen, i want to lodge consumer forum regarding this complaint.
