I have a Samsung refrigerator with model no. RT23FVPW1/XTL with double door. I am facing the problem of fridge not getting cool and with this problem I filed a complaint on 24th march 2014 morning on the online complaint support of samsung.com/support site. Then again I complained for the second time and got the request no. 8433627607 and called up the customer care number at the same time.
Customer care executive Abhishek attended my call and I was informed that within 8pm the same day I would definitely be getting a call from the technician and it sounded a very positive assurance. I had an emergency so I was informed by the executive that my complaint will be attended on an urgent basis. But I am really very sorry to say that your company has kept certain people in the customer care unit to fool the customers and give false assurances to them. Till 7.30 in the evening on the same day I waited and did not get any call from the service center. Then again I called the customer care number and this time a guy named MANOJ attended the call and I was informed that as my house is very far or some stupid excuse like this my service will be given late and I will be given a call only on 27th and not before that.
Samsung being such a reputed company cannot afford to give such poor service. I was shocked to get a treatment like this and no service in the name of CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. I have a lot of other Samsung products but if this is the kind of service the company is offering then I have to think 100 times before buying any other Samsung product and warn other friends and people to be careful regarding the after sales service.
I am totally upset with this whole dealing with Samsung.
