Samsung has the worst service in this country. 10 years back they were the best and I had gone ahead and bought their products as they were the best. But now they are the worst and I am really unhappy to have bought anything from Samsung.
It takes 2 days of constant dialing on their toll free number to get someone to register a complaint, then the people managing are highly unprofessional, they do not know how to talk, they register a complain and promise action within 24 hours, nothing happens.
Further calls do not help, they keep repeating the same Complaint id, you have to call different places, to locate the repair center, then locate the person who will repair an it keeps going on......MY ADVISE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING SAMSUNG
