Hi friends,
I just bought it (Samsung chat322) this week. My need was to buy a multimedia phone with dual SIM facility. But what I expected turned down by this mobile. Has Samsung compromised with the quality that they gave with this model earlier (like that of most manufacturing companies do once their product gets popularity)? I read many reviews of this mobile and finally bought it.
But now I have been experiencing the
low voice clarity (during calls),
very small screen (despite having enough free space),
poor screen resolution,
very low quality material used for the backside cover (weak),
takes time to start music player. every time it shows 'updating...'
very limited theme options,
only two types of letter fonts,
has got limited PC suite options,
slower in file transfer to PC,
only English language supported.
lack of music keys
however I highly appreciate the following(in such a small budget):
optical track pad,
qwerty keypad best suited for typing and ease of use,
privacy lock,
backup manager,
qwerty shortcuts for instant functions,
image editor with lots of options,
pre-installed social sites like yahoo, Facebook etc.
It’s now up to the readers to decide whether to go for or not. All above observations are preliminary and more demerits/merits may be explored at later times.
