We have bought samsung's 1 ton split AC 1 month ago, and are very satisfied with the BIO-SLEEP feature of it.
I would not say that its the best AC among all other available brand AC, but surely can say that the bio sleep feature introduces by samsung will get 10 out of 10.
Bio sleep is one of the functios available in almost all latest models of samsung ACs. Even in the window models. In this function, the AC will itself adjust the temperature as per our body needs. Many times you might have experienced that in the middle of the night you feel very cold, or you dont understand that should you keep the sweep on or not. But now, you dont have to even think about it at all. Just start your bio-sleep mode on with your desired temperature and ur AC will decide it for you:).
First it will keep the temprature even below than ur selected temp for some 1-2 hours, this helps the initial sleep part. then in the intermediate time it will increase the temp so that u will not feel very cold. and in the last period, the temp will be around 3-4 deg more than set temp. This pattern really suits to our body well, and helps in very good sleep. Apart from this, it will never flow the air directly on your body, which is very problematic when u r asleep.
Pros:
As I have already mentioned, the best feature is BIO-SLEEP.
Great looks with a very trendy color(I have AS12EFB model, with CRYSTAL WINE color).
Almost no noise. Once you are asleep, you are never disturbed with the compressor ON-OFF sound.
Remote control with display and imp buttons are coated with radium. Hence, its easy to find n operate in dark, as the radium glows.
Cool blue light, which you can use as night lamp, or can switch of if not required.
Other than bio-sleep, it has few more functions like comfort care, energy saver, turbo mode etc.
4 start BEE rating. I havent yet got 1st bill after we started using this AC. I can comment on this, only after I get one:p:p
Cons:
You can only once set the bio sleep function. If by mistake in middle of the night, you press some button and the bio sleep mode is turned off, you cannot again set it from the middle. If you start it again, it will assume that you are just about to sleep now, and accordingly start its behavior. Which is surely unwanted at that time.
When u press any button on the remote, AC has a built in speaker which makes an sound. This is a good feature. But there should have been a way to turn off it or at least lower the volume, as this sound is some what irretating in the night when everything around is so quiet.
Only few of the buttons have glowing feature, not all. Even the display don't have any backlight. This makes it difficult to make adjustments in night. Better to have the remote with backlight.
If you need to adjust the air flow, you can't see where the flow direction is currently. For this samsung should redesign the provided light in such a way that the direction should be visible.
If you switch off the blue light and then press any button, the blue light is again set on. You have to again turn it off. If I have to adjust something, like increase the temp, then the light should not start again.
You can view the actual room temp, but there is no way that it will continuously flash the external temp only.
Every control is provided on remote only, not on the AC itself. If the remote is lost, you have to purchase a new one. Unless, u will be only able to ON / OFF the AC, not even adjust the temp.

All in all, its a good value for money. I haven't yet experienced the customer service / power consumption details. I will be posting once I get an experience.
