I have put in a AC at my home, we use it only in summer months.
Today I called up the service center number - the person who picked up the line instead of listening to my request for service - started giving me instructions on it is payable 500+ service tax, I will see if I have people who can come over, they dont even have registered out address in their data base properly.
Samsung was a good company earlier days- looks like they have been going down the hill so far their customer service is concerned. Infact we use their washing machine, refigerator, micro owen and including their phones.
Next time when we buy a product we will be careful, may be we will not buy! It is a very sad experience of talking to illiterate, badly behaved boys on the phone.
