I would like to start my review from customer service to hardware quality.
Customer service: I had to made lots of efforts to get free installation from the company. I called approx 8 time to the customer care. Initially the executive told me for charges for installation.
Hardware Service: I am facing sound quality issue since installation. It is sounding very loud on some beats. This makes me in trouble because as we all know samsung always prove its hardware quality in many ways but by seeing this issue I am disappointed.
Now again facing customer services issues.
Picture quality wise TV is good. I have watched HD videos on youtube. I found these videos high in resolution. To watch its true picture quality, you should have HD channel pack of DISH recharge.
