I had very bad experience with Samsung TV. I bought this TV 6 months back. I chosen Samsung TV because of their advertisements.
They are Showing all the features excellently in advertisements but it is not correct. Whenever I bought this TV I forgot to take wall mounting kit of TV. I called to Samsung showroom and asked again.
For my question they given answer in worst manner. They said you have to take wall mounting kit along with your TV only. We will not give now. Its your problem we can't do any thing. If you want wall mounting kit now then you have to purchase it seperately its cost is 3000rs. They said like this. Actually with the TV only we will get our wall mounting kit and everything. They have not provided anything. If I asked to give again they said the answer in refused manner. I hate this samsung .
