I baught a product last week from this freaking shop- Viveks Annanagar. The sales person- Jinna is a lier(XXX XXXX). He would promise everything to sell the product(item ready and will be delivered in a day for free/ extra gift to be delivered in 2-3 days/free services to mount the TV.blah blah.). Once you paid the amount, the free speaker will not be delivered as they are running out of stock and you have to go shop and pick it yourself once he will give a call that the stock is ready.
It's been a week and not call yet), The product cant be delivered for free now and you will need to pay for transportation as its raining in chennai as though last week on the day of purchase the weather was not raining), for mounting you should now pay extra to the service men(watever they demand which was free on time of purchase) as its raining same reason as above.Also its been a week already and that lier does not have the moral that he sold the product and need to atleast check if the product was delivered or not to customer. I will curse that guy with whatever bad words I know till date. He is such an useless sales rep I can ever deal with.The shop on the whole is useless shop and does not have any moral to satisfy customers. They are not worth to run a store overall if they dont have any control on their business. For everything you will need to make call thousands of times, to the sales rep, delivery dept, store and for customer complaints.
Each dept is independent and they dont have any relation. Each one wants to escape blaming one another. Such a bad show by the store. I will advice everyone to not even take a risk of going to that store. buying is another deal here.Still waiting for the product to be all set. A horrible purchasing experience ever in my life time. Thanks Viveks for giving the worst purchasing experience to your customers. Once someone had baught a product with you, they can dare to buy anything in the world from any worst store. YOUR STORE IS WORTHLESS WITH SO MUCH DISAPPOINTMENT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. YOUR STORE IS JUST MONEY MINDED SO WILL NOT LAST LONG.SOME SMALL SCALE SELLER WILL SOON OVERTAKE YOU.
