I am using this TV last ten months without any problems. I bought this TV from a showroom for my family. This TV body quality is very nice and easy to move one place to another place in a home. One day, I saw a movie and sudden its sound was off and did not start again. I went to their showroom for servicing. They made it after one day. I do not like this LED TV performance after servicing because its picture quality is not so good like as starting days and sound is poor and slow.
