I have buy this microwave oven 6 month before. The microwave function is not running in this oven and I complaint about this to samsung customer support. They will ask me for warrant card but I lost my warranty card in home. Is this is a good reason to not to provide an after sales service .
And this oven have an lots of confusing function like convention grill microwave. I dont know how and when to use it
Instead of this my main problem is that the microwave function is not working in my oven and without this this is just a steal box consuming electricity
