My sister has recently got married and we gifted her samsung electronics item like refrigerator, microwave, ac, washing machine, led tv etc. but trust me I am really upset with samsung. A.c has stopped cooling after 6 months of use and we have called the service centre. They send an engineer next day of complaint he serviced the ac and it was working properly but again it broke down after a week . We again complained about it to customer service and again a guy visited our home to check the ac he filled in with gas and finally it is working properly now but we are not satisfied with its cooling. And it has really made upset our family .
