I am writing to express my appreciation and deep sense of satisfaction for excellent services and professionally organised tour(Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty) for me and my family during the 1st week of August.
We enjoyed our trip, and we are planning to have more such trips in future through Samsan travels when ever we visit India. Our special appreciation goes to Mrs Neha Lele who organised our trip in a very professional way, she was very prompt, organised and very cooperative.
Our very special appreciation goes to the Driver Mr. Rafique provided to us at Bangalore for our entire trip. Rafique was very very good, very cooperative, very professional and disciplined.
He was really good during our entire drive during our tour. He is a real asset to the company he is working for. We enjoyed his company during our tour. I would like to thank one and all at Samsan Travels for their services.
