Spent My New year noon and Sam's Pizza Outlet ludhiana opened recently, Nice interior with less privacy, but ideal as family restaurents. Attending staff was good and courteous. It was a Good Value for the money, A real Unlimited Concept. From menu I selected buffet lunch which included all the varieties of the Outlet.
Starting with soup , they were pure and no corn floor used thus making it more real, two varity were offere tomato and sweet corn veg. I would rate it 3 out of 5
Second came the salads , around twenty of diffrent salads were there, Best Eatables of the Sms pizza outlet basically 5 to 6 flavours and and materials were changed to creat variants, but damm sume some would surely fit your taste bud as it was a vast choice for a single meal. I would Rate it 4 out of 5 , one point minus only becaus various other things can be done but nothing was negative about it.
Third Came Garlic Bread, was average, average in comparision with dominoz but equivalent to Pizza Hut. Chezz used was mozzerela cheese but the ceddar chese makes more better like stuffed garlic bread of Dominoz. Rating As per me would be 3 out of 5
Pizaa were near to average. Pizza base was too fluffy like bread and thin crust pizza was too hard. They could have been more crispy. Topping was done with little greed, making it bit unsatisfactory because the street side pizza make have mad a lot improvement in base quality, and have started using ceddar and creamy chease with plenty of toppins. Common people here are paying them as per demand so deserve little less of white floor base and more of toppings on the name of sankalp Group.
Finall Dessert was hot fudge cake with vanila ice cream, , really the tasty and A- One quality ending of the party, Making it all the wamr, cool happier deal.
Its a big group, bit still a tip of advice, base of normal pizza can be less fluffy, with more of wheat bran instead of suji like dominoz. Cheddar chese and creame cheese can also be used in some variants & ample topping will be a jewel in crown.
Wish Our Indian Brand to go at Global level and would surely recommend it for the best value for money and economically best in the same segiment of restaurants with unlimited beffet concept and Pizza Outlets.
