This comes in context with a reputed company Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., and the horrible experience I have had with them.
I had purchased one Samsung Printer SCX 4100 on 1st March06 thru their Authorised dealer under a scheme where they were to send free a "Toner" cartridge claim ID 404.
Original documents and MRP sticker as conveyed was sent with the demand draft of Rs250=00 in March06. We were continuously calling the dealer and numbers of Samsung office in Delhi, but there was no response. The correspondence and complaint has been sent to the Korean Office. No reply has been received till date.(July07). It will be more than a year and company of such high repute has behaved so disgracefully and cheated the common man.
What is more absurd to note is that, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd which has the mentioned telephone numbers and fax numbers on their company letter head are wrong. Imagine there is no point of contact with the head office in Delhi.
This Foreign Company is just taking Indian Customers for a ride. The company feels that the common man can be fooled.I have all the correspondence with me to prove these facts about Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
Could we definitely start a forum on Mouthshut to expose these cheats?
I have read another review by another customer on Mouthshut. That means that I am not the only one that has had this horrible experience with Samsung.
We must Contact print media to expose this fraudulent behavior/ act as well.
