Hey!! Heard of “Taste Of India”????
Well!! No problem!! I will take you to this spacious restaurant, which is located in Centerstage Mall, sector-18, Noida. This is a place to enjoy delicious dishes of India, be it North Indian, South Indian, Punjabi, Gujarati or something chat-pata. It offers everything. Well!! So without wasting much time, let me take you inside the restaurant and make you accustomed with the surroundings and settings.
The moment I entered the restaurant I found it cool and comfortable. Since, it was hot & humid summer afternoon and I was looking to chill-out. On account of seating, the place does not have stylish furniture. It has simple modern chairs and tables arranged in settings of two, four and above on. The place is well lit, ventilated that gives fresh and hygienic surroundings. I settled in and made myself comfortable then I headed towards the billing counter. Heyhey!! Let me tell you the Taste of India is a self service restaurant, you have to get everything by yourself. I started by selecting cuisine by going through the menu card or simply navigate the billing counter board for all the details. After deciding on the menu I got it paid by cash (credit card also acceptable). After billing, I head towards respective counter to get my dish. Here, the dishes are categorized on the basis of their origin. For example: you get Dosa at south Indian counter or Chole Bhature at Indian cuisine (don’t go word by word it’s just an example)
Yeah, I ordered for south Indian dish and it takes 5-10 minutes for preparation. It was served on a steel plate covered with banana leafs. You know the things are served like this in south. Well!! Nothing to do with taste and all, it is just for the south Indian touch. No compromise on the taste, it was superb DOSA were crisp and fresh. It wasn’t sour in taste. Rest of the things like “sambhar”, “Coconut chatni” all were prepared by putting in right amount of spices and all. You can get mineral water of your choice or you just get filtered water from the water cooler.
Oh I missed on so many things here!! Well friends!! Just drive into it and get the taste that only available in home food. Excellent place for hang out and parties. Yeah, you can book this for your birthday parties or any kind of get-togethers and that too at minimal cost. It does not charge you more, as compared to other restaurant and hotels this place is not highly priced.
