Sam Higginbotham institute of agriculture technology and science( shiats) is situated in naini ( allahabad) . Shiats is bad institute for any study program like b.tech, B.Sc or B. A etc.
Its education system is very poor not enough teacher in university.
In the other hand its campus is two beautiful and many events will organized here by the university which is good for skill development but not for complete education.
Its agriculture B.Sc is good not best which is famous also. In past shiats is famous by name allahabad agriculture institute.
By my opinion if you join shiats then you only join Bsc( ag) and no any other programs.
