I definitely went to see the film with fair expectations and was disappointed with the overall quality. Somehow felt that I was being taken for a ride. The chemistry though existing in a few scattered moments during the movie was completely missing in the final result.
After a promising start the plot seemed to suddenly stand still as if not sure whether it wanted to remain a comedy or become a tragedy. The strong timing needed for the making of a farce were definitely missing although the film started with the full intentions of being a roaring farce. The prosy sentimentality ruined the tone of the film and it was difficult for the boring predictable conclusion to be in any way entertaining although an effort was definitely made by Abhishek Bachchan to revive the humour in the last few minutes. Unfortunately it was too late by then!
The only saving grace is a good music score that you can watch on TV in Music video charts
It is worth one look if you really have no other option in entertainment, a game of Scrabble will be better
