I had bought a Wagaon R Duo LXI of 2009 from Maruti True Value. I have to shell out little more as compared to the market as Maruti True Value is assuring about the condition of the vehicle.
They have given us 3 free services with 6 months, after 2nd service my car started giving me trouble in terms of noise, starting issue, and a blast sound while driving on LPG. Thou after bringing it their notice it was not resolved even after 3rd & 4th service. After 4th service I have not taken the delivery of my car due to this problem but they have forcefully dropped my car at my residence without my initials on the gate pass.
I have to end up getting it serviced from another service provider and now its working fine. I don't understand why it is being not repaired or rectified by the Sai Service.
I request my friends to spread this message to not to buy vehicles from Maruti True Value as I don't want my friends or others to have this kind of experience.
