I had booked a designer furniture from Sai Furniture Art, Timbre market, Kirthinagar, New Delhi in early March during the Jumbo sale exhibition at Palace Grounds, Bangalore by paying advance of Rs 5000/-. I was to be delivered the furniture set by 25th March 2008. However, despite emails and phone calls no delivery had been made by them.
In between about a week back, when I was able to reach a representative of the company, he even claimed that the furniture had already been despatched and would be delivered the next day. But there had been no delivery even after a week.
There are no replies to the emails, no-one is attending to the telephone calls and even the calls to the mobile# given remains unattended. I am not sure whether this is yet another delhi company taking advance and not delivering the goods ordered. If any of the members know about/ transacted with this company, please share your experiences for the benefit of others.
