The hospital has a name in Pune and our local friends has referred us. My Mom was getting chemotherapy treatment under the guidance of Dr.Shona Nag. I must tell you she is the worst doctor I have come across. The women doesn't know anything, she will just take the hell money but she neglects her patient completely.
Because of her my mom is no more with me I have seen her dying in front of me in that ICU . She was suffering from fever since Dec'12 and we always used to complaint this to Dr.Nag about the fever and she used to give my mom a normal crocin tablet.
And in the month of Jan the fever was 103-104 C and because of the negligence of the doctor my mom condition was getting worsen and she stopped talking because it will make her breathless. Then on the 8th chemo we took her to the hospital the doctor told us to do CT scan since my mom was a cancer patient and they have to taken a hell lot of care.The doctors kept her hungry from the morning to the evening and when we were taking her out of the hospital she got fainted and we shifted her immediately to the emergency ward.and then she never came out from the hospital. From normal oxygen to ventilator all credit goes to Dr.Shona Nag .
A recommendation strictly to those people who have their beloved ones suffering from cancer. If you want to see your loved ones alive don't get treated under this lady (Dr.Shona Nag). She will eat your beloved ones. Other doctors were helpful but they cannot do much as this lady has already played her game with my mom.
I won't be getting my mom back but I will feel good if I my this review will help atleast one mother, father, daughter or a son. Because I know what is the pain of loosing the one you loved. I don't have any grudges for the hospital but a recommendation for the management.
If you want to grow well then don't recruit Dr.Shona Nag type doctors who just don't understand the value of human life. I hope the management will take strict action against her. I don't want to file the case in the court although I have all the proofs of her negligence, because my mom is not going to come back and we are not from Pune, But I will be happy if someone's life will be saved who are getting under the treatment of her.
At the end, a small note to all the cancer patients, "No matter how intense your struggle may be, someone is being inspired by your fight. Your story and your courage is equipping them to see life through a completely different lens."
God bless to all the patients who are suffering from cancer, just believe in "NEVER GIVE UP, GET UP AND FIGHT."
