Saholic.com is nothing but a fraudulent company being run by spice group in their global ventures shadow.What they do is buy products that are factory rejected for minor external damages in bulk and then sell them at low prices.The products dont eben have tamper proof sticker seals.People blindly trust them for their brand name but truth is they sell crappy products.

I bought an HTC ONE M7 from them for 40000 rupees(Worst Mistake Of my LIFE).I got the product in two days and was glad that the delivery was before time.but when I opened the pack the phone was damaged as it had scratches and paint had chipped off and there were gaps on the phones body.I also found finger prints on the phones screen and the phones memory was wiped clean.I made the complaint.For three weeks till yesterday they said they would Replace the product.But now they are saying they cant and I should take the brand new unused phone to Service centre.Why should I.Its the sellers duty to give me undamaged phone.And other thing is they never ever called me once or gave me an email with details.Its just shitty service and they are fraud.They think people will ignore damages as the phone comes cheaper than market price but that's not what they should do.Keep price up if you have to, but don't cheat people their money.

In my case, I am going to Consumer Court.I have Audio clips where the company reps told me on many occasions the phone will be replaced.I will be filing the papers in court in a few days.I am at present calling all other people who have been fooled by saholic and getting their testimony as proof with their bills.

I request all to share this and spread the word.Please never buy from saholic.I have faced a lot of mental agony and pressure and its not over yet. "

THEY HAD REPLACED THE PHONE WITH SONY XPERIA ZU AS I WAS FED UP OF GETTING Dead On Arrival HTC ONE AGAIN AND AGAIN.I MADE THE PAYMENT OF PRICE DIFFERENCE TOO.I THOUGHT SAHOLIC.COM HAD COME TO ITS SENSES BUT APPARENTLY NOT.FOR ALL THE EXPENSES I BEARED FOR THE HTC ONE ORDEAL THEY HAD PROVIDED ME A GIFT VOUCHER of Rs.700.

TWO WEEKS AGO I MADE A PURCHASE OF A PANASONIC HEADPHONE FROM THEM SO AS TO REDEEM MY COUPON.THE ORDER WAS PLACED BUT I DIDN'T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMING IT.AFTER A WEEK AND MANY MAILS THEY SENT ME A CRAPPY MAIL SAYING OUT OF STOCK.ORDER CANCELLED.PLEASE PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM.

NOW WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE IS THAT WERE YOU KEEP YOUR CUSTOMER WAITING FOR A WEEK AND THEN SEND THEM A STUPID EMAIL WITH TWO LINES.THATS SOO AGAINST CRM.

I BIT MY TONGUE AND BOUGHT ANOTHER SONY HEADPHONE ((ORDER ID 535036)) WHICH I MADE SURE WAS UNDER IN-STOCK CATEGORY.I EVEN MADE EXTRA PAYMENT BY HAND AS IT WAS ABOUT Rs.300 MORE THAN THE VOUCHER.I WAS THIS TIME GIVEN A MAIL SAYING ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED BY 1ST OF THIS MONTH.ON 1ST I SENT THEM A MAIL ASKING WHERE IS IT.I GOT A MAIL THAT THERE IS SHORTAGE OF ITEM AND THEY ASSURE DELIVERY BY 4TH.AND I THOUGHT FINE I WILL WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS.AND YESTERDAY NIGHT I GOT ANOTHER MAIL SAYING.THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK AND ITEM CANNOT BE SHIPPED.THEY WILL INFORM ME AND SHIP THE ITEM WHEN ITS AVAILBALE AGAIN and I repeat fellas WHEN ITS AVAILBALE(No specific date).SO I SHOULD WAIT.AND TO ADD TO MY AGONY THEY EVEN REMOVED MY ORDER FROM MY SAHOLIC.COM ACCOUNT.WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING.THEY ARE PROVING TO ME A SECOND THAT I MUST HAVE REALLY CUT MY LOSSES AND NEVER DEALT WITH THEM AGAIN.THIS IS TOTALLY PREPOSTROUS.I WILL BE MOVING TO CONUSMER COURT IF THEY DONT EITHER DELIVER THE ITEM BY SATURDAY AND I SWEAR BY THAT OR THEY REFuND ME MY VOUCHER AND PAYMENT both IN CASH.I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS BULLSHIT.

TO ANYONE WHOSE READING THIS.NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM.I WILL BE RUNNING AN ONLINE CAMPAIGN SOON AGAINST THIS SPICE VENTURE.I HAVE MY REACH AND CONTACT IN CONSUMER COURT SO I WILL MAKE SURE THEY PAY FOR THEIR DEEDS NOW.
