Never Buy! Worst online retailer!. Review on Saholic

If you read this and still want to buy from SAHOLIC.COM because of their delivery guarantee and low prices, you are inviting trouble for you.

This website ships faulty products and won't take it back as they have no return policy!! They have probably purchased faulty products at lower prices from manufacturers and are making money by selling these!!I got lured by the attractive pricing and on time delivery guarantee with Saholic pays guarantee if shipping is delayed.

I ordered the Spice Stellar Pad Mi 1010. The item arrived dead. When I called the customer care which only puts you on hold I learned about getting a DOA(Dead on Arrival) certificate from their service center.

I went to service center, they have taken the tablet and would be reviewing the condition within 2 business days.. I am sure I have to take 2-3 more visits to the service center. Even after my visits the fate of this purchase remains screwed as this website and the product which I purchased is negatively rated everywhere.

SAHOLIC.COM is a FRAUD and poor online retailer. Probably, one of the worst e-retailer. Imagine why would you have to take a pain to go to  a service center with a new product which you just bought. The company has no return policy. ONCE SOLD is yours.

They are intentionally shipping damaged products and are cheating customers with there second quality products and hence are able to offer low prices.

I would strongly recommend everyone to refrain from this online e-commerce site.
